An Open Letter To My Dad
by Amy Lindorff
Today is Father’s Day which means I am supposed to pay special attention to you. But really, I think about you the same amount every day. This is the third Father’s Day without you and it is not easier or harder than any of the other almost nine hundred days without you.
That said, I will probably celebrate you by Skyping with your Wonderful Youngest Daughter Emily, and taking the money I would have spent over the last three Father’s Days on cards and gifts and buying a new CD of awesome music that you would have loved.
